1. Request to join
Create your profile and tell us who you are, what you do, and what you're looking for: partners, customers, referrals, vendors, or mentorship. Every member is personally reviewed before approval.
2. Connect with intent
Search the directory by industry, city, and need. Connect with members, ask for introductions, and post what you're looking for.
3. Show up
Every quarter we bring members together in person. The platform gets you in the room. The room builds the relationship.
Search North County professionals by name, business, city, and industry, from real estate and finance to construction, legal, medical, food and beverage, and more. Every profile shows what that member is looking for: referrals, vendors, partners, customers, or mentorship.
No cold pitches. Members connect before they can message, so every conversation starts with a yes. Messaging happens securely on site.
Know who you want to meet but not how to get there? Request an intro through a fellow member.
Need a vendor, partner, or service provider? Post a request and get responses from vetted local members. Looking for work? Browse open requests from people nearby.
